His innovative work has earned him gold awards for product innovation at the UK Quality Food Awards.

Oliver?s career has also seen him work as a private chef in the USA and France, as well as founding a successful bakery in London. Now based in New Zealand, Oliver is eager to help businesses of all sizes reach their goals.
